jCedit is the default graphical editor for designing and editing CODA run control configurations. Run control, as well as other AFECS based experiment control systems, is presented as graphical diagrams, showing relationships between components of a particular control system. Such diagrams offer intuitive editing capabilities and are well suited as a graphical representation of the data being transferred between control components.
