int write(java.nio.ByteBuffer byteBuffer)
   throws java.nio.BufferOverflowException

Write myself out a byte buffer.

Parameters:

byteBuffer - the byteBuffer to write to.

Returns:

the number of bytes written.

Throws:

java.nio.BufferOverflowException - if insufficient room to write header into buffer.
